These terms apply to your use of gameshowstadium.com. They cover this website only — the software subscription and the Build Guide are supplied under a separate agreement that we will go through with you before anything is signed.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse the contact form, or scrape it at a volume that affects other people.

What is on it

We keep this site accurate and update it as the product changes. Even so, descriptions of games, features and hardware are provided for information — they are not a contractual specification, and what ships in your venue is what your agreement says it is. Features described as in testing or on the way are exactly that, and we cannot commit to a date.

Trade marks and content

The Game Show Stadium name, logo, game names, screenshots and site content belong to us or to our licensors. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking first — asking is usually all it takes.

Links to other places

This site links to the operator portal, to our documentation, and occasionally to third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
