This policy covers gameshowstadium.com. It explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what we do with it. It is deliberately short, because the site does very little.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company or venue, location, what you are interested in, and your message.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and includes no advertising or tracking pixels. There is nothing to opt out of, which is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived.

What we do with it

Form submissions are emailed to us so we can reply. We use them to answer your enquiry and to follow up about Game Show Stadium. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below who help deliver the message.

Who else touches it

• Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the form submission in transit. Their servers log ordinary request information such as IP address for security and reliability.
• Resend delivers the resulting email to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our inbox and CRM for as long as the conversation is useful. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@gameshowstadium.com and we will handle it.

The operator portal

If you are a customer signing in at app.gameshowstadium.com, that is a separate application with its own terms and its own handling of account data. This policy covers the marketing website only.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
