The software

Total control of
your show

Subscribe and you get the whole system — the games, the question bank, the presets that shape a night, and the portal that runs it all across every room you operate.

What the subscription covers

Everything except
the room

Build and save presets

A preset is a whole show: which games run, in what order, how many rounds each, what they are worth, and which questions are eligible. Build one for your Tuesday league and another for corporate bookings, and switching between them takes one tap.

A question bank that is already full

Nearly a thousand questions ship with the system across every game — surveys, puzzles, trivia, prices and face mashes — with real product photography and real mash images. Nothing to write before your first show.

Filter by audience and category

Every question is tagged. Point a preset at family-safe content for an afternoon booking and somewhere else entirely for a late show, off the same box, without curating anything by hand.

Write your own

Add your own questions, surveys and puzzles through the portal — house trivia, local references, a corporate client’s in-jokes. They sit alongside the shipped bank and obey the same tags.

Publish to your venues

Content is edited centrally and published when you are ready. Boxes pick up the new bank on their own schedule, and a venue that is offline keeps playing the bank it already has.

Run more than one room

The portal shows every box you operate — what version it is on, when it last checked in, and what it has been playing. Restart a room or push new content without driving to it.

Built into every release

It updates itself,
quietly

New games, new questions and fixes arrive overnight, in a window where nothing is running. If an update does not come up healthy, the box puts the previous version back on its own and carries on.

The practical effect is that a venue installed a year ago has exactly what a venue installed this week has — without anybody at either one having to think about it.

About the subscription

Is the software sold on its own?

Yes. The subscription covers the software, the question bank, ongoing updates and the operator portal. The Build Guide is a separate add-on for venues that want the full room specification as well.

What does an update actually involve for us?

Nothing. Boxes check for new releases on their own, apply them overnight when no show is running, and roll back automatically if anything fails to come up healthy.

Do our own questions survive an update?

Yes. Your content lives in your account, not in the release. Updates change the software; the bank is yours.

How many venues can one subscription cover?

That depends on how many rooms you are running — it is one of the first things we will ask about. Get in touch and we will size it with you.
