Add-on

The whole room,
specified

The software runs the show. The Build Guide tells you how to build the room it runs in — layouts, equipment, vendors, props and the install itself.

What's inside

Everything we
learned building it

An add-on to the software subscription, for operators who want the full specification rather than working it out room by room.

  1. Room layouts

Where the screens go, where the host stands, where the teams sit and how the sightlines work. Layouts for a corner of a bar, a dedicated room and a full build.

  2. The full equipment list

Every piece of kit with a specification and a recommended vendor — the box, the screens, the tablets and their mounts, and the network gear.

  3. The physical props

The spinning wheel, the pong table, the giant dice and the Plinko board: dimensions, how they are built or bought, and how they are lit.

  4. Install and configuration

Step by step, from a bare machine to a room that wakes up ready — including the network setup that keeps guest phones separate from everything else.

  5. Running the night well

Pacing, when to lean on the shot clock, how to keep a quiet room moving, and the handful of things that separate a good host from a nervous one.

What you supply

The shopping list,
roughly

The full specifications and vendors are in the guide. Broadly, a room needs:

Two large screens

One for the game board and audio, one for the running scoreboard. TVs or projectors, both landscape.

Three tablets

One for the host and one mounted in front of each team.

A small box

A mini PC that lives in the room and runs everything. Wired network, HDMI to a screen.

The props

A spinning wheel, a pong table, giant dice, a Plinko board and a stack of chips.

Guest wifi

A network guests can join to play from their phones, kept separate from your tills.

A trophy

Optional, and completely worth it. The champion screen is built for photographs.
